The organization recognizes the unique needs and challenges faced by different segments within the disability community. The target audience includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Persons with Disabilities (PwD): HOCI is committed to directly impacting the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and opportunities to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
Families and Caregivers: Services are extended to include support, counseling, and educational resources for families. This ensures that the broader network surrounding individuals with disabilities is well-informed and equipped to provide effective care and advocacy.
Educational Institutions: We collaborate with educational institutions, including schools and universities, to promote inclusive education. The aim is to create an accessible learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students with disabilities, ensuring equal opportunities for education and skill development.
Employers and Businesses: We engage with employers and businesses to promote inclusive hiring practices and to create accessible workplaces.
